The villa "La Nuestra CaRo" is located in the heart of the Costa Tropicale, in the town of Salobreña. Granada (and its famous Alhambra) is 70 km to the north, while Málaga (and its airport) is less than 100 km to the west, with Almeria the same distance to the east.
The villa (203 m² living space) was completely renovated in 2018, while the outdoor terrace, swimming pool, master bedroom and on-suite bathroom were renovated in 2022 and completed in early 2023; next to the pool, an outdoor kitchen with bar was added at the time, with a breathtaking view over the bay.
The beach of Salobreña (10 minutes by car) is described in tourist guides as one of the ten most beautiful on the Costa Del Sol, a beautiful region in the south of Andalusia, characterized by a tropical climate.
An idyllic outdoor setting
Two gardens surround the villa: the flower garden is next to the swimming pool, the garden with the fruit trees is near the car park, at the back of the house but within the domain (total area of 960 m²).
The villa is of typical "Andalusian" architecture. This style is characterized by an architecture mainly influenced by the many occupations in this region, especially the Romans and the Moors.
The property is strictly non-smoking, both inside and outside, including in the car park, gardens or pool area. No animals/pets allowed. Given the particularly quiet and residential environment, and after consultation with the local residents and Urbanización agents (whose security services permanently monitor the "Urbanización" day and night, through their mobile patrols), "parties" are not allowed; it is up to the residents themselves, under their responsibility, to ensure that these provisions are observed.
