In the exterior part of the villa but inside the fenced interior of the property, you will spend unforgettable moments. The covered terrace hosts a dining table for 6 people with a ceiling fan and night lights (all this equipment is new).
The silence is impressive, the view over the bay of Salobreña, the mountains and the sea is breathtaking: it captivates all the occupants and visitors of the villa, without exception, both day and night. .

A sublime outdoor kitchen
The terrace has an outdoor kitchen (it dates from 2023) fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, plancha, sink, storage cabinets, and a Weber brand charcoal barbecue.
A bar with 4 completely new high stools completes the kitchen, as well as 2 occasional stools.
Everything is located next to the swimming pool and of course discovers the superb view of the bay of Salobreña, the plain and the port of Motril, and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada.

An outdoor swimming pool in an atypical setting
Inside the property, a swimming pool 4 m wide by 8 m long, completely renovated in 2023, awaits your fathoms and others; equipped with night lighting (LED), it is exposed to the sun, from sunrise to sunset.
Before entering the pool or after leaving it, the passage through the shower is a must, no need to look very far! A freshwater shower is located near the pool. With its "integrated solar-heated pole", it provides you with a hot shower during the day: be careful, however, not to burn yourself because, under the Andalusian sun, the water can quickly reach and even exceed 60°C.
The swimming pool is maintained weekly by a professional swimming pool specialist.
Finally, for those who wish to relax by the pool, you will have at your disposal 6 deckchairs as well as 3 large parasols (these equipment are new).
The swimming pool is neither heated nor supervised. The maximum depth is 1.80 meters: it is up to the occupants to ensure their own safety, in particular that of children.

The gardens of La Nuestra CaRo
The villa has two gardens: the first (near the swimming pool) is devoted to flowers, lemon trees, kumquat and cactus while the second (at the back of the house) is dedicated to fruit trees, such as avocado, mandarin, plum queen greengage, orange tree, plum tree with blue plums; visitors are invited to taste (in moderation, please think of the following visitors) the fruits that have reached maturity.
Although no cacti are poisonous, most of them are bristling with pimples, which can cause painful injuries: it is up to the occupants to ensure their own safety, especially that of children.
The gardens are maintained weekly by a professional gardener.

The property is located 315 meters above sea level on the hillside ; whether you are inside the villa or on one of the outdoor terraces, you will be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada, the sea Mediterranean, the plain and the port of Motril.
