A 100% secure villa
The security of the house is ensured by Alarme-Verisure, including partial night arming when the house is occupied. The property is completely fenced, it is located in an "urbanización" with security services and permanent mobile surveillance patrols. As a result, you are guaranteed to have a calm and soothing stay during your entire trip.
Spacious and comfortable rooms
The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and a baby/toddler (cot and high chair available, see booking request). It consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 of which has twin beds. All rooms have a window, a ceiling fan and air conditioning (cold air in summer, hot air in cooler seasons).
Household and swimming pool linen is provided when renting; in case of rental for more than one week, the set is changed every week.

Contemporary bathrooms
La Nuestra CaRo has 2 bathrooms, one of which is "on-suite", the master bedroom, recently renovated with a walk-in shower, double sink and WC. The second bathroom was renovated five years ago with a bath-shower, sink and toilet.

As for the living/dining room, this one accommodates a dining table for 6 people; it is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Typical kitchen for unique meals
The kitchen is bright, thanks in particular to its arch typical of Moorish architecture. The kitchen will be a pleasant place to cook and also exchange with those who want to help....
It is equipped with induction hobs, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
But also traditional equipment (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave) and all the small equipment essential for making a good meal, in particular a dish warmer and a (non-refrigerated) storage rack for bottles.
